This book put me through an emotional ringer...
Cooper is the character that you are frustratingly in love with. I wanted to strangle him half the time but he eventually stole my heart. I even found myself mentally yelling in certain parts to get him to do what he should have done or things I wanted him to do! The plot itself is interesting and the character development of Cooper, Ansley, and Ned was great! These three are a perfect balance to each other and by the end, I wasn't sure which way it would go, but I still found myself surprised by it. Here is where I will insert my wishes for a Ned spin-off...he is so lovable I would like to see more of his back story. The storyline in this one kept me intrigued and I didn't want to put it down after a few twists and turns in the book. You can't help but frustratingly love these characters as they go through life and love.
I can't wait to see what else DE Hancox has in store for the future!
